Valuing my property, how do I do it?

Do I legally need an Estate Agent?
No, all Estate Agents do is introduce buyers to sellers. They have no legal function.
How many pictures can I display?
Up to 12 photos can be displayed. Photographs can be loaded online or emailed to support@diypropertyshop.co.uk Just put your name and address on your request and we’ll upload these for your. If you are loading online then your photos must be in the JPEG format and can be any size (Remember the larger they are the longer they will take to load, once loaded we reduce their size automatically to ensure you advert can be displayed fast). We can accept any format via email.
I do not have the pictures in electronic format, what can I do?

Do you keep my personal information private?
Yes. We respect your privacy and never sell your personal information. We only display the telephone numbers you choose. Your email address is hidden. Read our privacy policy for more information.
How do I pay?
You can either pay online via credit or debit card 24 hours a day. Or Send us a cheque payable to DIY Property Shop Ltd. Send to DIY Property Shop Limited, 41 Talbot Street, Chester CH1 3JN. We use PayPal for our online payment processing
Can I change my advert after it is published?
Yes, at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Changes are live on DIY Property Shop immediately and loaded automatically to our partner sites with 24/48 hours. Simply login to your account using your username and password.
