DIY PROPERTY SHOP LIMITED ADVERTISERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 This advertisers agreement ("the Agreement") is made between DIY Property Shop Limited ("DIY Property Shop Limited. ", "We") and the Advertiser ("You").
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to DIY Property Shop Limited publishing your advert details on our web site and the web sites of our partners.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. DIY Property Shop Limited does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 If applicable, you will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. DIY Property Shop Limited will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, DIY Property Shop Limited will not be liable.
2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.7 You will set your own selling price or rental price.
2.9 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
2.10 You will inform DIY Property Shop Limited once the advertised property is sold or rented.
3. DIY Property Shop Limited's Responsibility
3.2 We will re-advertise your property on our partner websites within 7 working days. Publication on partner sites maybe subject to alteration or cancellation according to changes in service imposed on us by those partner sites. As such we cannot guarantee unlimited publication on these sites.
3.3 Services that fall under the for sale option will be reviewed after a year has passed from the date the service was purchased. After which DIY Property Shop Limited will have the right to discontinue the advert which includes the re-advertising on partner sites.
3.4 Services that fall under the for let option will be reviewed after a year has passed from the date the service was purchased. After which DIY Property Shop Limited will have the right to discontinue the advert which includes the re-advertising on partner sites.
3.5 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the DIY Property Shop Limited website is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site 'off-line' without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
